Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of hands‑on accounting experience.
• Experience with general ledger accounting, journal entries, and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Hands‑on exposure to accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll accounting, and close processes.
• Intermediate proficiency in Excel and experience working with accounting systems.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and post journal entries, maintain the general ledger.
• Perform timely and accurate balance sheet account reconciliations.
• Manage customer invoicing, apply payments, monitor AR aging.
• Process vendor invoices, execute payments, and manage vendor onboarding.
• Support month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end close activities.
