Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Accounting or Finance with 2-3 years of accounting experience.
• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
• Experience with ERP system Sage Intacct.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication (verbal and written) and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and deliver accurate results.
• Ability to prioritize conflicting demands and maintain communication.
• Ability to communicate effectively with senior management and others in the Company.

Responsabilités

• Perform day-to-day accounting activities, including bank reconciliations.
• Prepare journal entries with supporting documentation.
• Investigate and resolve accounting discrepancies.
• Assist the month-end close, including balance sheet and P&L reconciliations.
• Ensure deadlines for financial reporting and management review.
• Support external auditors by providing requested documentation.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls.
