Job summary

The Staff Accountant will perform day-to-day accounting, bank reconciliations, and support month-end close, ensuring GAAP compliance and timely financial reporting.

The role requires 2–3 years of accounting experience and an undergraduate degree in Accounting or Finance, with advanced Excel skills for pivots and lookups.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Accounting or Finance with 2-3 years of accounting experience.
• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and VLOOKUP.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day accounting activities, including bank reconciliations.
• Investigate and resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities.
• Assist the month-end close process, including balance sheet and P&L reconciliations.
• Ensure deadlines are met for financial reporting and management review.
• Support external auditors by providing requested documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and GAAP standards.
