Cribl, the AI telemetry platform, seeks a Senior Engineering Manager to lead a remote-first, cross-functional team of SDETs focused on quality and reliability across Cribl products.

You'll drive test strategy, automation, and CI stability from design to release, mentor a world-class remote team, and partner with product and engineering leadership to ship high‑quality software for customers worldwide.

Qualifications

• Hands-on leadership in testing strategy for SaaS and customer‑managed environments.
• Strong SDLC understanding and agentic development changes.
• Experience with AI‑developed tests and workflows.
• BS CS/EE or equivalent with 10+ years in the industry, 4+ years in leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own the quality strategy across Cribl products with data‑driven metrics.
• Lead test automation, CI stability, defect prevention, root‑cause analysis, and escape‑rate reduction.
• Continuously optimize end‑to‑end pipelines for quality and velocity, removing bottlenecks for people and agentic workflows.
• Foster a customer‑first mindset by closing the testing gap with deployments.
• Establish a strong partnership with product management and engineering managers to ensure quality is built in from the start.
• Coach, mentor, and grow a remote‑first team of exceptional test engineers.
