Job summary

Hubexo North America is seeking a proactive Customer Success Manager to manage a portfolio of customer accounts, drive value, and oversee renewals and retention. This is a revenue-accountable role focused on GRR targets and proactive engagement with Sales, Care, Product, Finance, and Revenue Operations.

The role emphasizes onboarding, product adoption, and continuous customer success across a remote, national footprint.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar B2B role.
• Experience managing a portfolio with retention/renewals.
• Experience with SaaS, subscriptions, data solutions, or software products.
• Strong understanding of renewal management and customer lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage a portfolio of customer accounts across the lifecycle.
• Lead renewal planning, engagement, and execution to meet GRR targets.
• Establish regular customer meetings, QBRs, and proactive engagement to drive adoption and value.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Care, Product, Finance, and Revenue Ops.
• Maintain accurate renewal forecasts and address revenue risks.
• Document customer interactions in the CRM and monitor health metrics.
