Qualifications

• 3+ years in Customer Success or account management.
• Experience with SaaS or subscription services.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage a portfolio of customer accounts through the lifecycle.
• Lead renewal planning, engagement, and execution to meet GRR targets.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Finance, and Revenue Ops to ensure customer value and renewal outcomes.
• Monitor customer health, adoption, and satisfaction to identify growth opportunities.
• Maintain accurate customer records and document engagements in the CRM.
