Job summary

Hubexo North America is seeking a proactive Customer Success Manager to manage a portfolio of customer accounts and drive value through onboarding, adoption, engagement, retention, and growth. This revenue-accountable role focuses on renewals, GRR targets, and collaboration with Sales, Product, and Finance.

The CSM will establish strong relationships with customer stakeholders, conduct reviews, promote product adoption, and proactively manage the customer lifecycle in a fully remote role serving

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar B2B role.
• Demonstrated experience managing a portfolio of customer accounts with responsibility for retention and renewals.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding retention or revenue targets.
• Experience with SaaS, subscription services, data solutions, or software products.
• Strong understanding of contract management, customer lifecycle, and recurring revenue.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage an assigned portfolio of customer accounts throughout the lifecycle.
• Develop proactive account strategies focused on satisfaction, adoption, retention, and long-term value.
• Lead renewal planning, engagement, and execution to meet GRR targets.
• Identify expansion opportunities and coordinate with Sales for growth.
• Maintain renewal forecasts and address potential revenue risks.
