Job summary

Hubexo North America is seeking a proactive Customer Success Manager (CSM) to manage a portfolio of customer accounts and drive long-term value through onboarding, adoption, engagement, retention and growth.

This revenue‑accountable role owns renewals, GRR targets and expansion opportunities, collaborating with Sales, Product, Finance and Revenue Operations to ensure a consistent, measurable customer experience while operating remotely in the United States.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar B2B role.
• Experience managing a portfolio with renewal responsibilities.
• Experience with SaaS, subscription-based services, or software products.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage an assigned portfolio across the customer lifecycle.
• Lead renewal planning, engagement, and execution to meet GRR targets.
• Develop proactive account strategies focused on retention and long-term value.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Finance and Revenue Operations to ensure a consistent customer experience.
• Conduct regular customer meetings, account reviews, and business reviews.
