Hubexo North America seeks a proactive Customer Success Manager to oversee a portfolio of customer accounts, driving value from onboarding to renewal and growth. This revenue-accountable role targets retention, adoption, and measurable outcomes from Hubexo solutions.

You will collaborate with Sales, Customer Care, Product, Finance, and Revenue Operations to ensure a consistent customer experience, conduct reviews, and identify expansion opportunities while meeting GRR targets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Customer Success or a similar B2B role.
• Experience managing a portfolio with renewals and retention targets.
• Track record of meeting GRR targets.
• Experience with SaaS, subscription services, data solutions, or software products.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of customer accounts throughout the lifecycle.
• Develop proactive account strategies focused on retention and expansion.
• Own renewal planning, engagement, and execution.
• Monitor health and engagement, and escalate issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve renewal and billing queries.
• Prepare Quarterly Business Reviews and maintain renewal forecasts.
