CHANEL seeks a senior client development leader based in Miami to drive top-client strategy across Southeast boutiques and key markets. You will partner with boutique teams, regional leaders, and home office to tailor luxury experiences and align local initiatives with the US market strategy.

You will assess client activity, build relationships with top clients, translate KPIs into strategic proposals, and lead cross-market events while traveling up to 50% as required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership in luxury retail or client development.
• Deep knowledge of the Southeast luxury landscape and relationships across FL, TX, GA.
• Ability to lead teams, influence across functions, and manage high-impact projects.
• Strong analytical skills and experience translating KPIs into strategic proposals.
• Experience with department store environments and boutique-client relationships.

• Align local initiatives with US market strategy and provide insights to senior leadership.
