Job summary

CHANEL is seeking a Group Director, Top Client Development- Southeast to lead and elevate VIC client engagement strategies across Florida, Texas, Georgia, and beyond. Based in Miami, you will spend significant time in-boutique partnering with Client Development Managers to service Top Clients and drive luxury experiences.

You bring 10+ years in luxury retail or related strategic leadership, strong analytics (Excel/PowerPoint), and a track record of leading cross-market initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in luxury retail or related strategic leadership role.
• Deep familiarity with Southeast luxury landscape across Florida, Texas, and Georgia.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, influence cross-functionally, and manage high-impact projects from conception to execution.
• Advanced analytical skills (Excel, PowerPoint), with experience translating KPIs into strategic proposals.
• Experience partnering with department store environments and understanding boutique-client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Spearhead assessment of opportunities and risks related to VIC client activity and engagement across the Southeast.
• Serve as the primary advocate for boutique needs and client development initiatives in Florida, Texas, and Georgia.
• Dedicate significant time in-boutique, collaborating with Client Development Managers to service Top Clients.
• Champion alignment of local activities with the US market strategy and provide insights to senior leadership.
• Lead cross-market collaboration and ensure best-in-class execution of client events and engagement strategies.
