CHANEL seeks a Group Director, Top Client Development for the Southeast, based in Miami, FL. Lead VIC and client engagement strategies across Florida, Texas, Georgia, and beyond, partnering with boutique teams and Client Development Managers to deliver an exceptional luxury experience for Top Clients.

The role requires 10+ years in luxury retail or client development, strong leadership, and analytical prowess to translate market insights into strategic, actionable plans.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in luxury retail, client development, or a related strategic leadership role.
• Deep familiarity with the Southeast luxury landscape, including Florida, Texas, and Georgia.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, influence cross-functional partners, and manage high-impact projects from conception to execution.
• Advanced analytical skills (Excel, PowerPoint), with experience translating KPIs into strategic proposals.
• Experience partnering with department store environments and understanding boutique-client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of market-specific VIC and client engagement strategies across the Southeast.
• Spend significant time in-boutique, partnering with Client Development Managers to service top clients.
• Align local initiatives with the US market strategy and report insights to senior leadership.
• Drive cross-market collaboration to execute client events, experiences, and engagement strategies.
• Foster a culture of partnership, innovation, and continuous improvement across boutique teams and home office.
