CHANEL, Inc. in California is seeking an Associate Director, Client Development to elevate client service standards and maximize engagement for the boutique at South Coast Plaza.

You will build and evolve client outreach programs aligned with the brand vision and boutique objectives, and lead clienteling initiatives across top client segments. The role requires strategic relationship-building, a strong network in the local luxury community, and the ability to collaborate with boutique management

Qualifications

• 7+ years of leadership experience in a client-centric or luxury retail environment.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Ability to lift 15 lbs.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement client development strategy for VIC, high-potential, and top client segments.
• Lead client outreach, events, and clienteling initiatives in partnership with boutique management and corporate teams.
• Partner with teams to elevate programs such as gifting, events, and exclusive experiences.
