Responsibilities

• Set the vision for client development strategy for VIC, High Potential, and top client segments.
• Develop and implement client outreach programs aligned with boutique priorities.
• Lead high ROI event strategies and exceptional client experiences in partnership with management and corporate teams.
• Identify and cultivate high-potential clients and elite prospects; expand local high-end clientele.
• Collaborate with corporate teams to elevate top-client programs (gifting, events, etc.).
