The role emphasizes pre-sales engagement, PoC leadership, and ongoing advisory work, with travel up to 30% and a remote-first culture across time zones.

Qualifications

• Experience with Logs, Metrics, IT Operations and Security in selling deals to SLED customers.
• Background in Sales Engineering, Professional Services, or Support.
• Experience working with multi-environment IT stacks (AWS, Azure, on-prem) and Linux.

Responsibilities

• Explain Cribl value during the sales process to potential customers.
• Demo Cribl product suite and address technical questions in pre-sales talks.
• Lead the proof-of-concept experiences with prospects through guided sessions.
• Serve as a trusted technical advisor for existing customers and map Cribl value to their environment.
• Document domain use cases in blog posts and product docs.
• Travel up to 30% to support customers and marketing events.
