Cribl is hiring a Solutions Engineer for a remote position in the United States, with a strong preference for candidates in the Midwest or Southeast. The role focuses on helping customers understand Cribl’s telemetry platform, demoing the product, and guiding proof-of-concept engagements.

You will work across AWS, Azure, and on-prem environments, using Linux, JavaScript, Regex, and KQL to deliver value. Expect up to 30% travel and a competitive base salary plus bonus and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience with Logs, Metrics, IT Operations and Security Background of successfully selling deals to SLED customers.
• Background in Sales Engineering, Professional Services, or Support.
• Experience working with multiple environments (AWS, Azure, on-prem) and operating systems (Linux a must).
• Working knowledge of JavaScript, Regex, and KQL.
• Prior Cribl product experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers understand the value of Cribl during the sales process.
• Demo the product suite and answer technical questions during pre-sales motions.
• Lead the proof-of-concept experience through guided sessions with prospects.
• Act as an ongoing, trusted technical advisor to existing customers, understanding their environment and how Cribl can continuously add value.
• Document interesting domain use cases in blog posts and product documentation.
• Travel up to 30% to support customers and marketing events.
