Cribl is a remote-first B2B SaaS data observability company seeking a Solutions Engineer to unlock Cribl's value in real-world environments. This role offers travel up to 30% and flexible hours across time zones. You will demo the product, lead proof-of-concept sessions, and advise customers, spanning AWS, Azure, on-prem, and Linux environments.

Prior Cribl product experience is a plus. Strong storytelling, pre-sales collaboration, and the ability to translate telemetry challenges into concrete

Qualifications

• Experience selling to SLED customers (State, Local, Education)
• Background in Sales Engineering, Professional Services, or Support
• Experience with AWS, Azure, on-prem environments and Linux OS
• Proficiency with JavaScript, Regex, and KQL
• Cribl product experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Help customers understand Cribl value during the sales process
• Demo the product suite and answer technical questions during pre-sales motions
• Lead the proof-of-concept experience through guided sessions with prospects
• Act as an ongoing, trusted technical advisor to existing customers, understanding their environment and how Cribl can continuously add value
• Document interesting domain use cases in blog posts and product documentation
• Travel up to 30% to support customers and marketing events
• Work across time zones due to remote-first setup
