The role stresses technical storytelling, multi‑environment experience (AWS/Azure/on‑prem), and ongoing advisory support for existing customers, with a Midwest or Southeast US residence preferred.

Formación

• Experience selling Cribl solutions to SLED customers.
• Background in Sales Engineering, Professional Services, or Support.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, and on‑prem environments.
• Proficiency with JavaScript, Regex, and KQL.
• Remote-friendly with travel to customer sites and events.
• Resides in Southeast or Midwest United States.

Responsabilidades

• Help customers understand the value of Cribl during the sales process.
• Demo the product suite and answer technical questions during pre‑sales motions.
• Lead the proof‑of‑concept experience through guided sessions with prospects.
• Act as an ongoing, trusted technical advisor to existing customers, understanding their environment and how Cribl can continuously add value.
• Document interesting domain use cases in blog posts and product documentation.
• Travel up to 30% to support customers and marketing events.
