Cribl is seeking a Solutions Engineer in a remote United States role. You will leverage your data observability expertise to demonstrate Cribl’s value during sales cycles and to guide buyers through technical evaluations, while traveling up to 30% for events and customer engagements.

The position emphasizes proactive technical advising across AWS, Azure, and on-prem environments, with strong Linux, JavaScript, Regex, and KQL skills.

Qualifications

• Experience with Logs, Metrics, IT Operations and security; background in selling deals to SLED.
• Background in Sales Engineering, Professional Services, or Support.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, and on-prem environments; Linux proficiency.
• Working knowledge of JavaScript, Regex, and KQL.

Responsibilities

• Help customers understand Cribl value during the sales process.
• Demo the product and answer technical questions during pre-sales.
• Lead the proof-of-concept experience with prospects.
• Advise existing customers on how Cribl adds ongoing value.
• Document domain use cases in blogs and product docs.
