Cribl is hiring a Solutions Engineer to help customers unlock the full potential of our data observability platform. This remote-first role supports customers across the US, blending technical prowess with storytelling to demonstrate value during the sales cycle.

You’ll lead POC sessions, advise on deployment across AWS, Azure, or on-prem environments, and collaborate with sales, engineering, and support teams. Travel up to 30% is expected.

Formación

• Experience with Logs, Metrics, IT Operations and Security Background of successfully selling deals to SLED customers.
• Background in Sales Engineering, Professional Services, or Support.
• Experience working with multiple environments (AWS, Azure, on-prem) and operating systems (Linux a must).
• Working knowledge of JavaScript, Regex, and KQL.
• Prior Cribl product experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Help customers understand the value of Cribl during the sales process.
• Demo the product suite and answer technical questions during pre-sales motions.
• Lead the proof-of-concept experience through guided sessions with prospects.
• Act as an ongoing, trusted technical advisor to existing customers, understanding their environment and how Cribl can add value.
• Document interesting domain use cases in blog posts and product documentation.
• Travel up to 30% to support customers and marketing events.
