Cribl is hiring a Solutions Engineer to help customers uncover the full potential of Cribl's telemetry platform. This remote-friendly role serves US customers with a strong emphasis on pre-sales engagement and technical storytelling.

You will lead demos, guide PoCs, and act as a trusted advisor, traveling up to 30% to support customers and events. The role requires experience with logs, IT ops, security, and multi-environment deployments (AWS, Azure, on-prem).

Qualifications

• Experience with Logs, Metrics, IT Operations and Security; background in selling deals to SLED customers.
• Background in Sales Engineering, Professional Services, or Support.
• Experience working with multiple environments (AWS, Azure, on-prem) and operating systems (Linux).
• Working knowledge of JavaScript, Regex, and KQL.
• Prior Cribl product experience; feedback is a plus.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% for in-person meetings and events.

Responsabilités

• Help customers understand the value of Cribl during the sales process.
• Demo the product suite and answer technical questions during pre-sales motions.
• Lead the proof-of-concept experience through guided sessions with prospects.
• Act as an ongoing, trusted technical advisor to existing customers, understanding their environment and how Cribl can continuously add value.
• Document interesting domain use cases in blog posts and product documentation.
• Travel up to 30% to support customers and marketing events.
