Cribl is hiring a Solutions Engineer to help customers unlock the potential of Cribl in real-world environments. This remote-first role offers the freedom to work across time zones and travel up to 30% to support customers and events.

You will lead pre-sales demos, guide PoCs, and act as a trusted technical advisor with experience in logs, metrics, IT operations, and security, plus familiarity with AWS, Azure, on-prem, Linux, JavaScript, Regex, and KQL. Southeast or Midwest candidates preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales Engineering or consulting roles supporting pre-sales cycles.
• Background in IT operations and security with customer-facing impact.
• Familiarity with cloud and on-prem environments (AWS, Azure, Linux).

Responsibilities

• Demo the product suite and answer technical questions during pre-sales motions.
• Lead the proof-of-concept experience through guided sessions with prospects.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor to existing customers, understanding their environment and how Cribl adds value.
• Travel up to 30% to support customers and marketing events.
