Cribl is seeking a Solutions Engineer to empower customers to realize the full potential of Cribl in diverse, real‑world environments. You will work remotely with occasional travel, supporting Midwest or Southeast customers and collaborating across sales, engineering, and customer success teams.

The role emphasizes pre‑sales engagement, technical storytelling, and post‑sale advisory across AWS, Azure, and on‑prem deployments, with a strong Linux and scripting skill set.

Qualifications

• Experience with logs, metrics and IT operations in real‑world deployments.
• Background in sales engineering, professional services or support.
• Experience across AWS, Azure and on‑prem environments.
• Proficiency with Linux OS.
• JavaScript, Regex and KQL knowledge.
• Previous Cribl product experience is a plus.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% and work across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Help customers understand Cribl's value during the sales process.
• Demo the product suite and answer technical questions during pre‑sales motions.
• Lead the proof‑of‑concept experience with guided sessions.
• Act as an ongoing technical advisor to existing customers.
• Document domain use cases in blog posts and product docs.
• Travel up to 30% to support customers and events.
