Cribl, a remote-first B2B SAAS data observability company, is seeking a Solutions Engineer to empower customers in pre-sales, POC leadership, and technical storytelling across AWS, Azure, and on-prem environments.

You’ll travel up to 30% to support customers and events, partner with sales teams, and act as a trusted advisor. Ideal candidates reside in the Southeast or Midwest US and have server/logs/IT security background.

Qualifications

• Experience with Logs, Metrics, IT Operations and Security in selling to SLED customers.
• Background in Sales Engineering, Professional Services, or Support.
• Experience with multiple environments (AWS, Azure, on-prem) and Linux.
• Working knowledge of JavaScript, Regex, and KQL.
• Prior Cribl product experience or familiarity is a plus.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% to support customers and events.
• Reside in the Southeast or Midwest United States.

Responsibilities

• Help customers understand Cribl’s value during the sales process.
• Demo the product suite and answer technical questions during pre-sales motions.
• Lead the proof-of-concept experience through guided sessions with prospects.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor to existing customers and document use cases.
