Cribl, the remote‑first leader in data observability, seeks a Solutions Engineer to help customers unlock Cribl’s value in real‑world deployments. You’ll partner with sales, demo the product, and guide PoCs across AWS, Azure, and on‑prem environments.

As a trusted technical advisor to existing customers, you’ll document use cases in blogs and docs, and travel up to 30% for events. Strong knowledge of logs, IT operations, security, and scripting is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with Logs and IT Operations in a security-focused environment.
• Background in selling to SLED customers or similar sectors.
• Proven ability in pre-sales demonstrations and PoC leadership.

Responsibilities

• Help customers understand the value of Cribl during the sales process
• Demo the product suite and answer technical questions during pre-sales motions
• Lead the proof-of-concept experience through guided sessions with prospects
• Act as an ongoing trusted technical advisor to existing customers, understanding their environment and how Cribl can add value
• Document interesting domain use cases in blog posts and product documentation
