The role involves advising customers, collaborating with sales, and traveling up to 30% for in-person support and events. A background in IT operations, security and analytics is essential, with strong Linux, AWS, and JavaScript skills.

Qualifications

• Experience selling to SLED customers in IT or security.
• Background in Sales Engineering, Professional Services, or Support.
• Experience with AWS/Azure/on-prem and Linux.
• Proficient in JavaScript, Regex, and KQL.
• Remote work with travel up to 30%.
• Based in Southeast or Midwest US.

Responsibilities

• Help customers understand the value of Cribl during the sales process.
• Demo the product suite and answer technical questions during pre-sales motions.
• Lead the proof-of-concept experience through guided sessions with prospects.
• Act as an ongoing, trusted technical advisor to existing customers, understanding their environment and how Cribl can continuously add value.
• Document interesting domain use cases in blog posts and product documentation.
• Travel up to 30% to support customers and marketing events.
