You will work with sales to articulate value, run product demos, and guide technical discussions across logs, metrics, IT operations and security.

This role requires travel up to 30% and comfort across AWS, Azure, and on‑prem environments. You’ll be a trusted advisor, build domain use cases, and contribute to docs while supporting

Qualifications

• Experience with logs, metrics, IT operations and security in enterprise sales.
• Background in sales engineering, professional services, or support.
• Experience selling to SLED customers.

Responsibilities

• Help customers understand the value of Cribl during the sales process.
• Demo the product suite and answer technical questions during pre‑sales motions.
• Lead the proof‑of‑concept experience through guided sessions with prospects.
• Act as an ongoing, trusted technical advisor to existing customers, understanding their environment and how Cribl can continuously add value.
• Document interesting domain use cases in blog posts and product documentation.
