Cribl is seeking a Solutions Engineer to join a remote-first team focused on helping customers unlock Cribl’s potential in real-world environments. This role emphasizes technical storytelling, pre‑sales demos, and guiding PoC sessions to demonstrate value across AWS, Azure, and on‑prem environments.

The ideal candidate will have a background in Sales Engineering or related fields, strong Linux/IT operations experience, and proficiency in JavaScript, Regex, and KQL.

Qualifications

• Experience with Logs, Metrics, IT Operations and Security in SLED deals.
• Background in Sales Engineering, Professional Services, or Support.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, and on‑prem environments; Linux proficiency.
• Working knowledge of JavaScript, Regex, and KQL.
• Prior Cribl product experience.

Responsibilities

• Help customers understand Cribl's value during the sales process.
• Demo product suite and answer technical questions during pre‑sales motions.
• Lead the proof‑of‑concept experience through guided sessions with prospects.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor to existing customers, understanding their environment and how Cribl can continuously add value.
• Document interesting domain use cases in blog posts and product documentation.
• Travel up to 30% to support customers and marketing events.
