Job summary

Cribl is hiring a Solutions Engineer to help customers realize Cribl's value in real-world environments. This remote-friendly role supports sales motions, demos, and POC leadership across multiple environments, including AWS, Azure, and on-prem. You will advise customers, document domain use cases, and travel up to 30% for events.

The position emphasizes storytelling, technical depth, and a proactive customer-first approach, aligning with our remote-first culture and Midwest/Southeast preference.

Qualifications

• Experience with Logs, Metrics, IT Operations and Security background of selling deals to SLED customers.
• Background in Sales Engineering, Professional Services, or Support.
• Experience working with AWS, Azure, and on-prem environments; Linux proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Help customers understand the value of Cribl during the sales process.
• Demo the product suite and answer technical questions during pre-sales motions.
• Lead the proof-of-concept experience through guided sessions with prospects.
• Act as an ongoing, trusted technical advisor to existing customers and understand their environment.
• Document domain use cases in blog posts and product documentation.
• Travel up to 30% to support customers and marketing events.
