Cribl is seeking a Solutions Engineer to blend deep technical prowess with storytelling, helping customers unlock Cribl's telemetry platform in real‑world environments. This remote‑first role supports customers across the United States with occasional travel.

You will demo products, answer complex questions during pre‑sales, guide PoCs, and serve as a trusted technical advisor to both new and existing customers. Strong preference for Midwest or Southeast candidates.

Qualifications

• Experience with Logs, Metrics, IT Operations and Security in customer deployments.
• Background in Sales Engineering, Professional Services, or Support.
• Familiarity with multiple environments (cloud and on‑prem).

Responsibilities

• Help customers understand the value of Cribl during the sales process.
• Demo the product suite and answer technical questions during pre‑sales motions.
• Lead the proof‑of‑concept experience through guided sessions with prospects.
• Act as an ongoing technical advisor to existing customers, guiding value.
• Travel up to 30% to support customers and events.
