Qualifications

• Experience with Logs, Metrics and IT Operations in customer environments.
• Sales engineering or pre-sales background supporting deals.
• Ability to work across AWS, Azure and on-prem environments.

Responsibilities

• Demo Cribl product suite and address technical questions in pre-sales motions.
• Lead proof-of-concept sessions with prospects to show value.
• Act as a trusted technical adviser to existing customers and partners.
• Document domain use cases in product docs and blogs.
• Travel up to 30% to support customers and events.
• Coordinate with sales to articulate value during the sales process.
