Qualifications

• Candidates should have a background in sales engineering, professional services, or support.
• Experience across AWS, Azure, and on‑prem environments.
• Proficiency with Linux is required.

Responsibilities

• Help customers understand the value during the sales process.
• Demo the product suite and answer technical questions during pre‑sales motions.
• Lead the proof‑of‑concept experience through guided sessions with prospects.
• Act as trusted technical advisor to existing customers and understand their environment.
• Document domain use cases in blog posts and product documentation.
• Travel up to 30% to support customers and events.
