Cribl is seeking a Solutions Engineer to empower customers across the sales cycle. You’ll demo the product suite, answer deep technical questions, and guide prospects through proof-of-concept sessions. This remote‑first role blends hands‑on engineering with storytelling and regular travel to customer sites and events.

Based in the United States, you’ll partner with IT and security teams at large enterprises to optimize telemetry for AI workloads and operations.

Qualifications

• Experience selling IT infrastructure software to SLED customers.
• Background in Sales Engineering, Professional Services, or Support.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, and on-prem environments; Linux proficiency.
• Working knowledge of JavaScript, Regex, and KQL.
• Prior Cribl product experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Help customers understand the value of Cribl during the sales process.
• Demo the product suite and answer technical questions during pre-sales motions.
• Lead the proof-of-concept experience through guided sessions with prospects.
• Act as an ongoing, trusted technical advisor to existing customers, understanding their environment and how Cribl can continuously add value.
• Document interesting domain use cases in blog posts and product documentation.
• Travel up to 30% to support customers and marketing events.
