Cribl is hiring a Solutions Engineer to help customers unlock Cribl's value in real‑world environments. You will lead pre‑sales demonstrations, guide POCs, and act as a trusted technical advisor across AWS/Azure/on‑prem environments, with Linux expertise.

This remote‑first role involves up to 30% travel and requires strong storytelling and customer‑facing skills. You’ll collaborate across teams to tailor solutions, document domain use cases, and support the sales cycle from discovery to close.

Qualifications

• Experience selling to SLED customers with logs, metrics, IT ops and security background.
• Background in Sales Engineering, Professional Services, or Support.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, On‑prem environments and Linux.
• Knowledge of JavaScript, Regex, and KQL.

Responsibilities

• Help customers understand the value of Cribl during the sales process.
• Demo the product suite and answer technical questions during pre‑sales motions.
• Lead the proof‑of‑concept experience through guided sessions with prospects.
• Act as an ongoing, trusted technical advisor to existing customers, understanding their environment and how Cribl can continuously add value.
• Document domain use cases in blog posts and product documentation.
• Travel up to 30% to support customers and marketing events.
