Cribl, a leading B2B SaaS data observability company, is seeking a Solutions Engineer to unlock Cribl's value in real-world environments. This remote-first role focuses on the US market, with a strong preference for candidates in the Southeast or Midwest.

You will demo the product suite, lead proof-of-concept sessions, and serve as a trusted technical advisor to customers across AWS, Azure and on-prem environments. Willingness to travel up to 30% and collaborate across time zones is required.

Qualifications

• Experience with Logs, Metrics and IT Operations in security-focused environments.
• Background in selling technical solutions (pre-sales) to enterprise customers.
• Familiarity with multi-environment deployments (AWS/Azure/on-prem) and scripting (JavaScript/Regex/KQL).

Responsibilities

• Help customers understand Cribl's value during the sales process.
• Demo the product suite and answer technical questions in pre-sales motions.
• Lead the proof-of-concept experience with prospects.
• Act as a technical advisor to existing customers and understand their environment.
• Document interesting domain use cases in blog posts and product docs.
• Travel up to 30% to support customers and events.
