Job summary

Cribl is a remote-first B2B SaaS data observability company. We seek a Solutions Engineer in the United States to help customers unlock Cribl’s potential in real-world environments.

You will demo the product suite, lead PoCs, and act as a trusted technical advisor, collaborating with customers and teams across Cribl. Travel up to 30% is required, with a focus on Southeast/Midwest regions.

Qualifications

• Experience with Logs, Metrics, IT Operations and Security background in selling deals.
• Background in Sales Engineering, Professional Services, or Support.
• Experience working with AWS, Azure, and on-prem environments; Linux proficiency.
• Working knowledge of JavaScript, Regex, and KQL.
• Prior Cribl product experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel to support in-person meetings and events.
• Candidates residing in the Southeast or Midwest United States preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers understand the value of Cribl during the sales process.
• Demo the product suite and answer technical questions during pre-sales motions.
• Lead the proof-of-concept experience through guided sessions with prospects.
• Act as an ongoing, trusted technical advisor to existing customers, understanding their environment and how Cribl can continuously add value.
• Document interesting domain use cases in blog posts and product documentation.
• Travel up to 30% to support customers and marketing events.
