Job summary

Jellyvision is hiring a Solutions Consultant to serve as a trusted advisor for the full ALEX Home suite and the Revenue and Renewal team's go-to product expert. Master our products, demo environment, security, and implementation needs, while aligning with buyers, brokers and partners.

You will deliver high-quality solution support that speeds deals, build trust, and collaborate with Marketing and Product to voice market needs. remote work is available for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in presales, solutions consulting or implementation within benefits administration or HR tech
• Experience designing and demoing complex enterprise solutions for C-level stakeholders
• Experience with decision support or employee benefits engagement tools preferred
• Understanding of the broker and carrier ecosystem
• Ability to translate product and system details into customer-facing collateral

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives on deal strategy for ALEX Home opportunities and lead solution design
• Model discovery, demos and solution design for direct prospects, brokers and clients
• Shape the proposed solution around each buyer's needs and become a subject-matter expert
• Explain integration capabilities (APIs, file feeds, SSO) and security considerations in live conversations
• Field questions and objections, and differentiate Jellyvision's approach against competitors
• Collaborate with Proposal & Deal Desk on RFPs, security questionnaires and plan analysis
