Jellyvision is redefining how organizations understand benefits with the ALEX Home suite. The Solutions Consultant will master the platform, support deal velocity, and design tailored enterprise solutions for C-level stakeholders.

You’ll collaborate across sales, marketing, legal, security, and product to ensure customer alignment and success. This remote role offers a competitive salary with commissions and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in presales or solutions consulting in HR tech or benefits administration.
• Experience designing and demoing complex enterprise solutions for executives.
• Experience with decision support or benefits engagement tools preferred.
• Understanding of broker and carrier ecosystems.
• Translate complex product details for customers.
• Create customer-facing collateral in plain language.
• Collaborate across sales, marketing, legal, security and technology teams.
• Experience in high-growth environments with launches.
• Strong communication; present ideas clearly and empathetically.
• Willing to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives on deal strategy for ALEX Home opportunities, lead the solution side.
• Model discovery, demos and solution design for direct prospects, brokers and clients.
• Shape proposed solutions around buyers' needs.
• Become a subject-matter expert in ALEX decision support and cross-train teammates.
• Answer solution information requests, design tailored solutions and deliver in-depth demos.
• Explain integration capabilities (APIs, file feeds and SSO) and fit in customer architectures.
• Speak to security and data-privacy topics in live conversations.
• Field questions and objections in real time; compare to competitors.
• Partner with Proposal & Deal Desk on RFPs and plan analyses; provide input.
• Contribute to team revenue goals through win rate and deal velocity.
• Create advanced solution collateral and talk tracks for Benefits Administration.
• Represent the voice of the market with Marketing and Product.
• Inform sales strategy and future product planning with leadership.
• Identify pilots and new product fits using knowledge of customer systems and security.
