Jellyvision, a leader in benefits technology, is seeking an experienced Solutions Consultant to support the ALEX Home suite and Revenue and Renewal teams. You will master our products, perform in-depth demos, and tailor solutions for diverse buyers while partnering with sales, marketing, and product to ensure a compelling customer experience.

You will translate complex product details into customer-ready collateral, address security and integration concerns, and help accelerate deals by

Qualifications

• 5+ years in presales, solutions consulting, benefits consulting or implementation within benefits administration or HR technology.
• Experience designing and demoing complex enterprise solutions for C-level stakeholders.
• Experience with decision support or employee benefits engagement tools strongly preferred.
• Understanding of the broker and carrier ecosystem.
• Ability to absorb product and system details quickly and translate them for customers.
• Ability to create customer-facing collateral that addresses product and system concerns in plain language.
• History of collaborating closely across sales, marketing, legal, security and technology teams.
• Experience in a high-growth environment with new product launches.
• Strong communication skills: you present complex ideas in a way that's honest, compelling and empathetic.
• Up to 25% travel

Responsabilités

• Partner with Account Executives on deal strategy for ALEX Home opportunities and lead the solution side of complex deals.
• Model best-in-class discovery, demos and solution design for direct prospects, brokers and clients.
• Shape the proposed solution around each buyer's needs.
• Become a subject-matter expert in ALEX decision support and help cross-train teammates.
• Answer solution information requests and deliver in-depth demos.
• Explain our integration capabilities, including APIs, file feeds and SSO and how they fit each customer's architecture.
• Speak confidently to security and data-privacy topics in live conversations.
• Field questions and objections in real time and show where our approach stands out against competitors.
• Partner with the Proposal & Deal Desk team to provide input on RFPs and plan analysis.
• Contribute to team revenue goals through win rate, deal velocity and solution quality.
