Job summary

Jellyvision is seeking a Solutions Consultant to become a trusted advisor for the full ALEX Home suite and the Revenue and Renewal team's go-to product expert. You’ll master our products, demo environment, architecture, security and implementation requirements while aligning customer needs with the sales process.

You’ll collaborate with Marketing, Product and Sales Enablement to deliver tailored solutions, in-depth demos and compelling collateral.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in presales, solutions consulting or implementation within benefits administration or HR technology.
• Experience designing and demoing complex enterprise solutions for C-level stakeholders.
• Experience with decision support or employee benefits engagement tools strongly preferred.
• Understanding of the broker and carrier ecosystem.
• Ability to translate product and system details for customers and create collateral.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives on deal strategy for ALEX Home opportunities and lead the solution side of complex deals.
• Model discovery, demos and solution design for direct prospects, brokers and clients.
• Shape the proposed solution around buyers' needs and become a subject-matter expert in ALEX decision support.
• Explain integration capabilities (APIs, file feeds, SSO) and security considerations in live conversations.
• Support RFPs and plan analysis with input on product fit and design.
• Contribute to team revenue goals through win rate and deal velocity.
