Job summary

Jellyvision is seeking a Solutions Consultant to be the trusted advisor for the full ALEX Home suite and the Revenue team’s go-to product expert. You will master our products, demos, architecture, security, and implementation requirements while accelerating deals with high-quality support for buyers, brokers and partners.

You’ll collaborate with Marketing and Product to bring market voice into the benefits suite and shape solutions around buyer needs, with travel up to 25% as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in presales, solutions consulting or implementation in benefits HR tech
• Experience designing and demoing complex enterprise solutions for C-level stakeholders
• Strong communication and ability to translate product details for customers
• Knowledge of broker and carrier ecosystem is a plus
• Willingness to travel up to 25%

Responsibilities

• Lead solution design and demos for ALEX Home opportunities
• Partner with Account Executives on deal strategy and win rate
• Create customer-facing collateral and explain integration capabilities (APIs, SSO)
• Represent market voice with Marketing and Product
• Collaborate across sales, legal, security and tech teams
