Job summary

Jellyvision is seeking a Solutions Consultant to be the trusted advisor for the full ALEX Home suite and support the Revenue and Renewal teams.

You will master our products, deliver high-quality demos, explain integration capabilities (APIs, SSO), and collaborate with Marketing, Product and Security to translate customer needs into tailored solutions. This remote role in the U.S. requires travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in presales or solutions consulting within benefits administration or HR tech.
• Experience designing and demoing complex enterprise solutions for C-level stakeholders.
• Experience with decision support or employee benefits engagement tools preferred.
• Understanding of the broker and carrier ecosystem.
• Ability to translate product and system details into customer-ready collateral.
• History of collaborating across sales, marketing, legal, security and tech teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives on deal strategy and lead the solution side of complex deals.
• Model discovery, demos and tailored solutions for direct prospects, brokers and clients.
• Explain integration capabilities, APIs and single sign-on, and align with customer architecture.
• Speak to security and data‑privacy topics in live conversations.
• Collaborate with Proposal & Deal Desk on RFPs and plan analysis for product fit.
• Contribute to team revenue goals through win rate and deal velocity.
