Jellyvision seeks a Solutions Consultant to be the trusted advisor for the full ALEX Home suite and the Revenue and Renewal team's go-to product expert. You will master our products, demo environment, architecture, security and implementation requirements while aligning with customer needs and the sales process.

You’ll deliver high‑quality solution support to accelerate deals, build buyer trust, and partner with Marketing and Product to bring the voice of the market into our benefits suite.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in presales, solutions consulting, benefits consulting or implementation within benefits administration or HR technology
• Experience designing and demoing complex enterprise solutions for C-level stakeholders
• Experience with decision support or employee benefits engagement tools strongly preferred
• Understanding of the broker and carrier ecosystem
• Ability to translate product and system details for customers in plain language
• History of collaboration across sales, marketing, legal, security and technology teams
• Experience in a high-growth environment with new product launches
• Strong communication skills: articulate complex ideas clearly and empathetically
• Willingness to travel up to 25%

Responsabilidades

• Partner with Account Executives on deal strategy and lead the solution side of complex deals
• Model discovery, demos and solution design for direct prospects, brokers and clients
• Shape proposed solutions around buyer needs
• Become a subject-matter expert in ALEX decision support and cross-train teammates
• Answer RFPs and design detailed solutions; deliver in-depth demos
• Explain integration capabilities (APIs, file feeds, SSO) and fit with customer architecture
• Discuss security and data privacy in live conversations
• Engage with Proposal & Deal Desk on RFPs and plan analysis
• Contribute to revenue metrics through win rate and deal velocity
• Collaborate with Marketing and Product to represent the market voice
• Provide input on sales strategy and future product planning
• Identify pilots and new product opportunities with customer landscapes
