Motorola Solutions’ Silvus Technologies subsidiary seeks a Business Development Engineer to bridge RF capabilities with USSOCOM requirements. You will support field trials, coordinate with engineering and BD teams, and help translate operator needs into product roadmap inputs.

The role requires up to 50% travel to customer sites and labs, with a remote option depending on location. Security clearance and US citizenship are prerequisites.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or related field with 2-5 years in systems engineering/defense tech
• Exposure to SDRs or tactical comms is preferred
• Active U.S. Government SECRET clearance or ability to obtain within 15 months of hire
• U.S. Citizenship is required
• Background check and drug test are mandatory

Mansioni

• Analyze USSOCOM capability gaps and map needs to tactical radio solutions
• Support planning, network configuration, and field trials
• Collaborate to leverage testing and benchmarking data for sound architectures
• Maintain alignment with Business Development to meet strategic priorities
• Prepare technical demos for low-signature, resilient, and edge operations
