Motorola Solutions’ Silvus Technologies unit seeks a Business Development Engineer for USSOCOM to bridge RF capabilities with customer requirements. You’ll support field trials, interoperability testing, and end-to-end network architectures across tactical environments with up to 50% travel and a 100% remote option depending on location.

The role partners with Engineering and Business Development, reports to the Director of Applications Engineering, and focuses on delivering low-signature,

Qualifications

• BS degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering, CS, Network Eng or C5ISR field with 2–5 years in related roles.
• Experience with SDRs, IP routing, or tactical communication systems.
• Security clearance or ability to obtain one within 15 months.

Responsabilités

• Analyze USSOCOM capability gaps and map needs to radio solutions.
• Plan network configurations and support field trials and evaluations.
• Collaborate to verify architectures are technically sound.
• Assist business development with technical needs and roadmaps.
• Prepare technical demos for USSOCOM and component commands.
