Motorola Solutions' Silvus Technologies seeks a Business Development Engineer, USSOCOM, to bridge RF capabilities with Special Operations customer requirements and emerging trends. You will support field trials, interoperability, and decision making across multi-domain environments.

The role involves up to 50% travel to customer sites and labs, with a 100% remote option depending on location, reporting to the Director of Applications Engineering.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Network Engineering, or related C5ISR field with 2–5 years of demonstrated experience.
• Active U.S. Government SECRET clearance or ability to obtain within 15 months.
• U.S. Citizenship required due to government contracts.
• Experience with SDRs, IP routing, or tactical communication systems.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze USSOCOM capability gaps and map needs to tactical radio solutions.
• Support field trials, configurations, and live demonstrations.
• Collaborate to verify architectures are technically sound.
• Translate field feedback into product roadmap inputs.
