Job summary

ADT is seeking a motivated Sales Advisor to visit small business customers, demonstrate the value of security and smart business solutions, and tailor options to fit each client’s needs. You’ll travel within your territory, building trust with decision-makers and driving growth through new leads and referrals.

You’ll start with comprehensive training, earning commissions with uncapped upside as you develop relationships and close deals that deliver real value for customers and the company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willing to travel within a designated territory using own vehicle (mileage reimbursed).
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Comfortable using technology to stay organized in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Self-motivated and results-driven, with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Strong communicator and natural relationship builder, able to consult with customers and guide them to the right solution.
• Adaptable and flexible in dynamic environments.
• Consumer sales experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the value of ADT security and smart business solutions to small business customers.
• Visit customers at their businesses to tailor security and automation solutions.
• Listen, build trust, and advise decision-makers through the sales process.
• Identify and generate new small business leads within the territory to maximize outreach and growth.
• Conduct post-installation follow-ups to confirm commitments and strengthen long-term relationships.
