Job summary

ADT Security Services is seeking a driven Sales Advisor to help small business customers understand and choose our security and smart business solutions. You will visit client sites, explain options, and tailor deployments to fit each business.

You’ll build trust, close deals, and develop new leads across your territory. The role offers uncapped commissions, training earnings during the first weeks, and a benefits package including medical, dental, 401(k), and mileage reimbursement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willing to travel within a designated territory using your own vehicle (mileage reimbursed).
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required; additional licensing may be needed based on location.
• Comfortable using technology to stay organized in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Self-motivated and results-driven with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Strong communicator and natural relationship builder to consult with customers and guide them to the right solution.
• Adaptable and flexible; thrives in dynamic environments.
• Consumer sales experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Listen and build trust with small business owners throughout the sales process and beyond.
• Customize each system to fit the business layout, operations, and security needs, combining security and life-safety technology.
• Conduct post-installation follow-ups to confirm commitments and strengthen long-term relationships and referrals.
• Cultivate new business opportunities by identifying and generating new leads within your territory to maximize outreach and growth.
