1-800Accountant is seeking a results-driven Sales Consultant to connect small business owners with tailored accounting and tax solutions. You will be a trusted advisor, delivering product demos, addressing concerns, and driving value through a consultative approach.

This role offers a base salary with uncapped commissions and an on-target earnings range of $60,000 to $200,000. We support remote, in-office, or hybrid work setups nationwide in a fast-growing, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a sales role with targets met/exceeded.
• Phone-based, high-volume sales experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication and professional presentation.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high-volume pipeline of qualified leads with small business owners.
• Deliver presentations and product demonstrations via Google Meet.
• Recommend and present suitable accounting and tax solutions.
• Educate business owners on value of professional financial services with a consultative approach.
• Collaborate with Client Success and Account Management for smooth transitions.
• Accurately manage all client interactions in the CRM.
