1-800Accountant is seeking a results-driven Sales Consultant to connect small business owners with tailored accounting and tax solutions. This consultative role emphasizes trust-building and value delivery.

You will manage a high-volume pipeline, deliver engaging demos via Google Meet, and collaborate with Client Success to ensure long-term client satisfaction. This position is full-time in the United States.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a sales role with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Phone-based, high-volume sales experience is preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication and the ability to build rapport and articulate complex information.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented with a sense of urgency and ability to work independently.
• Collaborative and receptive to coaching with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Confident in presenting solutions and making decisive recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high-volume pipeline of qualified leads and engage with business owners.
• Deliver high-impact presentations and product demonstrations via Google Meet to drive engagement.
• Recommend and present the most suitable accounting and tax solutions.
• Educate business owners on the value of professional financial services with a consultative approach.
• Collaborate with Client Success and Account Management to ensure smooth transitions and long-term satisfaction.
• Accurately manage all client interactions in the CRM system.
